Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy from or use familyreadyhost.com, operated by Family Ready Host Co. By placing an order you agree to them. They're written to be read, not to be impressive.

What we sell

Digital templates and guides for short-stay accommodation hosts: print-ready PDF files and, for most products, an editable Canva template accessed by link. Nothing is physically posted to you. Product descriptions tell you exactly which files and formats are included.

Orders, prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Prices and products may change at any time, but a change never affects an order you've already paid for. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product was listed at an obviously incorrect price or is unavailable.

Delivery

Download links are delivered by email immediately after your payment is confirmed, and are also available from your order confirmation. If your links don't arrive within 15 minutes, check your spam folder, then email frhc@northcoherence.com and we'll send them directly.

Your licence to use our templates

When you buy a product, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• Use and customise the templates for your own property or properties, including properties you manage on behalf of owners.
• Print and share the finished, customised documents with your guests, in print or digitally.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, give away or redistribute the template files, edited or unedited.
• Sell your customised version as a template or product for other hosts.
• Claim authorship of the original template designs, or use our brand name, logo or product names as your own.

We keep all intellectual property in the templates, designs, text and images.

What our products are and aren't

Our templates are practical hospitality tools written from a guest's perspective. They are not legal, safety, insurance, tax or regulatory advice. House rules, safety equipment, pool fencing, smoke alarms, short-stay registration and insurance obligations vary by country, state and council — you are responsible for meeting the requirements that apply to your property, and for the accuracy of anything you write into a template and give to a guest.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost bookings or lost income. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Third parties

Some products are delivered as Canva templates and require a free Canva account. Canva's own terms apply to your use of their platform, and we don't control their service, pricing or availability.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Questions: frhc@northcoherence.com.
