Delivery Policy

Everything we sell is digital, so there's no shipping, no postage cost and no waiting for the post.

How and when you get your files

Your download links are emailed to you as soon as your payment is confirmed — usually within a minute or two — and they also appear on your order confirmation page. Most products include a print-ready PDF plus a link to an editable Canva template. Bundles arrive as a single ZIP file with each product in its own clearly named folder.

If your files don't arrive

1. Check the spam, promotions and junk folders of the email address you used at checkout.
2. Check that the address you entered was correct.
3. Email frhc@northcoherence.com with your order number and we'll send the files to you directly, usually the same day.

Download links and re-downloads

Download links stay active so you can come back to them, but we recommend saving the files to your own device or cloud storage as soon as you buy. If you lose them, email us — we'll always re-issue your files for a genuine purchase, at no cost.

What you'll need

A device that can open PDF files, and a free Canva account if you want to edit the Canva versions. No paid software or Canva Pro subscription is required.
