Refund and Returns Policy

Everything Family Ready Host Co. sells is a digital product — files you download immediately after purchase. Because those files can't be returned once they're on your device, we don't offer refunds simply for change of mind, and we ask you to read the product description carefully before you buy.

That said, we want you to have something that works. If your purchase is faulty, corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from what was described, you're entitled to a remedy — and we'd rather fix it than argue about it.

When we will refund or replace

  • The files won't download, won't open, or are corrupted, and we can't resolve it for you.
  • The product is materially different from its description on our website.
  • You were charged twice, or charged for something you didn't order.
  • You bought a product and then bought a bundle containing it within 30 days — contact us and we'll refund the difference or credit you.

What we need from you

Email frhc@northcoherence.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps). We reply to every message personally, usually within two business days. If a refund is approved, it's processed to your original payment method and typically appears within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our digital products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded: they must match their description and be fit for the purpose we describe. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund. Where a failure is not major, we may choose to repair or replace the product instead. These rights apply in addition to anything set out above.

Licence and sharing

Your purchase gives you a licence to use the templates for your own property or properties, including if you manage properties for other people. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the template files, and you may not sell them as your own product. Editing a template for your own property is exactly what it's for; publishing it for others to download is not.
