These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Family Ready Host Co. website and your purchase of digital products from familyreadyhost.co (the "Site"), operated by Family Ready Host Co., a division of North Coherence ABN 67 988 128 689 ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Site or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Products and Services

Family Ready Host Co. sells digital products including downloadable templates, checklists, guides, and planning tools designed for short-stay accommodation hosts ("Products"). All Products are delivered electronically as digital downloads.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or unauthorised.

4. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased Products via email and/or your account dashboard. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in some cases. If you do not receive your Products within 24 hours, please contact us at frhc@northcoherence.com.

5. Licence and Permitted Use

When you purchase a Product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that Product for your own short-stay hosting business. You may:

Customise the Product with your own property details, branding, and information
Print copies for use in your own properties
Share completed guides with your guests

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share the original template files with others
Offer the Products (modified or unmodified) as your own product or service
Use the Products in any way that competes with Family Ready Host Co.
Claim ownership of the original design, layout, or content

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, templates, logos, and digital products — is the intellectual property of Family Ready Host Co. or its licensors and is protected by Australian copyright law and international treaties. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our Products are general templates and tools. They do not constitute professional legal, financial, or hospitality compliance advice. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any Product complies with applicable laws, regulations, platform terms (e.g., Airbnb, Stayz), and local council requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Family Ready Host Co. disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of our Products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the Products repaired or replaced if the Products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
